Anatomical models
Anatomical models are widely used in medicine ranging from demonstrational and educational purposes to preoperative planning in particularly difficult clinical cases which require not only digital but also additional physical visualization.
Such models can be used as a visual manual depicting healthy bone structures, blood vessels and organs as well as showcasing various defects. For preoperative planning, the models are created according to the patient’s CT scan and come with removable colour-coded resection zones, making the mockup compatible with surgical guides and implants.
